SHIPPING DETAILS
- Items up to 1kg are shipped by Royal Mail, to the UK
and all Global Destinations.
- Items over 1kg are shipped by DHL to the UK and all Global
Destinations.
- A parcel tracking service is available for parcels over
1kg. Please call our offices once your order has been processed
for your individual parcel tracking number, which can then
be used on www.dhl.co.uk
- We believe in Fair Trading, and no profit or overheads
are added to the standard shipping rates charged by the
Carrier
- All shipping rates are inclusive of current Fuel Surcharges,
and V.A.T. in countries where this is applicable.
- Items on the web site have a weight that relates to either
its ‘scale weight’ or its ‘volumetric
weight’ – whichever is the greatest, again,
this is calculated by us on the web site. Volumetric weight
is a mathematical formula provided by the Carrier to account
for large boxes that are not necessarily heavy, but take
up considerable shipping space.
- Prices shown for shipping on the web pages are in Pounds
Sterling.
- Trade enquiries for shipping will require individual
shipping quotations for each order.
- Shipping rates will be reviewed periodically, or as the
Carrier applies increases, rates shown at point of order
will apply.
- Discreet packaging and labelling is used.
- 11. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage
once the goods leave our premises. Goods under 1kg are insured
by the Carrier for the Current Market Value or £ 30.00
whichever is the least. Items over 1kg can be insured by
the Carrier at a cost of £9.00 for goods up to a value
of £600.00, items over this value have a premium of
1.5% of goods value applied, please state that insurance
is required when placing your order.
